Your site storage usage figures can be seen on your dashboard. The default, fully subsidised, allocation for every website is 1Gb (1,000mb). This should be enough space for most websites to include several audio, video, and photo libraries. However, for those who want to spread their wings, the 1Gb limit can be increased for a yearly charge, as this extra space required will not be subsidised by the AMN media offering.


· These costs are set at our best guestimates of the cost price is for storage, backup and bandwidth In and Out.

· The funds go into the pool of hosting charges for the web network, meaning any ‘profit’ from these charges simply goes towards paying for the rest of the sites.

· These prices are subject to review and may change in the future if deemed we need to do so.

· Payment is for a year’s contract and is non refundable. (it will go into the hosting pool of the network).

· Payment will be required up front.

· If you wish to upgrade you account a second time, you can do so by paying the difference between the 2 options for the remainder of your initial contract period.


We urge everyone to follow these simple steps:

· Delete files that are not used on your site. Check out your stats to see which files are popular and delete any unused media files. It may not be necessary to keep archives from 2 years ago.

· Compress your files at a higher compression rate. For example, do not upload uncompressed images from your digital camera to the web. If you need some tips see out website: http://web.adventistconnect.org

· Store (and link to) your large files on another hosting option

· Utilise free video, audio, image hosting libraries (eg, YouTube)


SITES THAT ARE OVER THE LIMIT AND NOT PAYING OR REDUCEING THEIR STORAGE NEEDS WILL BE DISABLED!!
